Core Yoga

This class focuses on the muscles of the abdomen and back to help with posture, safer and stronger asana, back pain and general well being. In class we learn to engage and utilize the stabilizing muscles of our trunk through slow movements as we go from exercises that have us lying on our backs to standing on our feet. you will leave feeling taller, slimmer, stronger and more integrated with the new realization that everything can be an abdominal exercise!

Aligned,refined,yoga tailored to each student taught by Rhonda, E-RYT and yoga therapist. Excellent choice for weekend warriors, those recovering from injuries and those looking for emotional rejuvenation. Rhonda, who has taught since 2000 and has 3 certifications, salts her nurturing yoga with humor and slow deep work.

Long, Lean & Limber

A dynamic, interesting and fun romp that allows you to explore your body in 360 degrees of movement. This class takes from pilates, dance, calisthenics and martial arts offering you a full spectrum of how your whole body can be used more efficiently. Core work deepens our awareness in how we move and from where, rollers release, challenge and hone in on muscle groups and conditioning tones, firms and strengthens the major and accessory muscle groups that we use in yoga as well as every day activity. This is a great class for those who want to get in shape, build strength and become more graceful and integrated.
