Fundamentals of Yoga A class for those new to yoga and for those wishing to gain a solid foundation in hatha yoga technique.
Vinyasa Yoga Uses the principles of vinyasa to create an elegant fusion of movement and stillness centered on the breath. Sun salutations, standing and seated poses, inversions, and breathwork.
Power Hour A short, sweet, intense version of our Flow class.
Int/Adv Vinyasa In this class we will explore arm balances, inversions, deep back bends, and utilization of the bandhas.
Bliss Hour The healthy alternative to Happy Hour. Shambhala-tini recipe: 1 part long stretching, 1 part slow breathing, 1 part deep relaxation, don't shake, don't strain, pour over yoga mat, garnish with an Om. Candlelit restorative and yin yoga suitable for all levels.
Kundalini Yoga A dynamic blend of breathwork, postures, and meditation that centers you and ignites your body's energy - suitable for all levels.
Sivananda Yoga Sivananda yoga consists of a series of asanas (postures) in which each asana is practiced in the same order at each class with a relaxation pose performed after every posture. The instructor adds variations and postures as the skill level of the student increases. The instructor closely monitors the students’ progress and frequently assists them with postures. Students feel relaxed, rested, and rejuvenated at the end of each class.
Chakra Meditation Come quiet your mind and rejuvenate your spirit. Noted teacher Galina Krasskova will offer ongoing classes in chakra exploration and meditation. By unlocking and illuminating these vital energy points students will gain the power to lower their stress levels, increase their physical health, and achieve greater emotional balance. Classes are open to everyone and no previous experience is required. Please note that this is not a yoga or movement based class.
Belly Dance Asana Belly Dance asana is a unique class that combines yoga with belly dance. Flow with your breath with asnas (yoga postures) while exploring abdominal and hip isolation, chest isolation, undulation, and other belly dance movements. Perfect for beginners to both bellydance and yoga!
Power Abs Elongate, strengthen and tone with this class designed to utilize your core so that you can move through your yoga poses efficiently, gracefully and fluidly. Wake up sleepy muscles and teach them to engage for better posture and better health!
Rounding ROUNDING class is profound. It is like hitting the reset button for your body and mind. In a one hour ROUNDING class we do cycles of yoga stretches, guided mediation and napping while practicing the art of silence. It's a magical way to end your week.
