Join Shambhala Yoga Center for their first ever teacher training. In this program we will focus on how to teach and practice yoga safely utilizing the muscles of the different body cores as stabilizers. This comprehensive training will also cover asanas, sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, teaching and ethics, and much more. When you have completed this program you will be able to apply through Yoga Alliance for your 200 hour teaching certification. More than that however, you will deepen your practice in a profound way and make lifelong friendships!

Wednesdays 5:30-6:45pm
This is an ongoing class and no sign up is necessary.
Each class includes gentle postures, breath work, visualization, vocal toning, and meditation. No previous yoga experience necessary.
With yoga, breathwork, and meditation women can:

· Enhace relaxation, comfort, and enjoyment
· Experience the power, beauty, and transformation of pregnancy birth and motherhood.

The Alexander Technique allows you to explore an improved way of using your whole self through this coordination of mind and body as one. When your whole self is in balance you can enjoy benefits such as easier and more efficient movement full, natural breathing, reduced pain and stress, and clarity to make new choices.
