Basic Chi Kung (Qigong) postures to prepare the body for proper Tai Chi training. These postures will improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, breath, awareness, spirit, and chi. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
Instructor: Jesse Shadoan
Jesse Shadoan has cultivated the Taoist arts of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Meditation on a daily basis since 1998. He was a Bronze Medalist in the 2005 International Kuoshu Tai Chi Push Hands competition and is a top student of the famous Grandmaster C.K. Chu. He has taught hundreds of students Tai Chi & Chi Kung in New York City at the Tai Chi Chuan Center of New York. His emphasis on proper alignment, breathing and relaxation helps his students make progress toward self-healing, self-discovery and oneness with Tao.

This is an ongoing class and no sign up is necessary.
Each class includes gentle postures, breath work, visualization, vocal toning, and meditation. No previous yoga experience necessary.
With yoga, breathwork, and meditation women can:
